Return Policy – Klein Sprints

No Returns

All products at Klein Sprints are made to order and personalized, which means we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
There is no return address available.
If you wish to place a new order, you will be responsible for the cost of that new order.


Lost Orders

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.
We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement order for you.


Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to the sender, please place a new order within 30 days from the estimated delivery date and contact us.
We will report the issue to our production partner (Gelato) and arrange for the product price of the new order to be refunded.
In this case, you will only need to cover the shipping costs again.

Orders may be returned to the sender for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Address: If the provided address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed of. You can place a new order with the correct address at your own cost.

  • Rejected by Recipient: If the recipient refuses delivery, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed of. You can place a new order at your own cost.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If the order cannot be delivered and is not picked up at the local post office or carrier pick-up point, it may be returned to the sender. In this case, please place a new order and contact us so we can report the issue and refund the product price of the new order (shipping costs are non-refundable).
